Mail orders

Purchase price is $21.95 for non-Illinois residents, $2.00 S&H to all US and APO/FPO addresses for a total of $23.95.

Bookstore special orders

You may request that your bookstore special order the book. You can print our form, to take to your bookstore. Independent bookstores are more likely to honor this request. The large chains seem to be more reluctant to do this.

If you would like to order larger quantities, please call 888-794-0788 or email marlahrd@dashdiet.org. We give 25% discount for orders of 10 - 49 copies, and 40% for larger quantities.

You may return the book for any reason within 21 days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).
